Tualatin Youth Track Club (TuYTC) is a community youth program dedicated to inspiring young athletes to strive to accomplish their personal best. We look to instill the love of track and field by creating a positive community & team based culture focused around personal growth and success. We plan to do this by balancing opportunity for introductory/recreational level athlete and those looking to excel in competitive fields and create a talent and mentorship pipeline to the Tualatin High School Track Team. TuYTC is a proud member of the Oregon Association of United States of America’s Track & Field Association (USATF).
As the program builds and grows, we continue to innovate around ways to maintain the encouraging team-based experiential aspect many of our athlete's desire while developing and enriching our platform around increasingly competitive athletes. We look to adopt a tier system allowing our athletes to succeed and grow through multiple milestones of individual events leading them to excel by providing coaching at their correct level.
Athletes compete in the following divisions based on the USATF age profile.
2017, 2016: U8
2015, 2014: 9-10
2013, 2012: 11-12
